Dr Darko Miloseski was born in 1979 in Skopje. He completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown, graduating as valedictorian of his class.
He also graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Skopje with the highest grades. Even during his studies, he saw himself in the field of plastic surgery, with a particular affinity for facial reconstruction and rejuvenation achieved in a natural and continuous way.
In 2013, in Belgrade, he enrolled in a specialization in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at the Clinical Center, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Milan Jovanovic, completing it on time with the highest grade.
He is a member of numerous associations, both in Serbia and internationally. He finds his vision of aesthetics in individualism and the personalization of every character. He loves to travel, reads world literature, and works on himself every day to become better in every sense of the word.

Most treatments we perform (Botox, fillers, PRP, lipolysis) are minimally invasive and accompanied by topical anesthetic creams, so discomfort is kept to a minimum. Instant threads and lifting procedures are also performed with local anesthesia for maximum comfort.
For most non-invasive treatments (Botox, fillers, Lip Flip), a return to daily activities is possible immediately. With PRP and lipolysis, mild redness or swelling may occur, which resolves within 24–48h. You will receive detailed recovery instructions after the procedure.
Result duration depends on the type of treatment: Botox usually lasts 4–6 months, hyaluronic fillers 6–12 months, instant threads up to 12–18 months, while PRP and lipolysis provide long-lasting, gradual results with recommended follow-up sessions.

Absolutely – Dr. Miloseski's philosophy is based on highlighting your natural beauty, not changing it. Every treatment is carefully personalized to the patient's anatomy and wishes, so the result looks harmonious and authentic.
We recommend avoiding alcohol and blood-thinning medications (e.g. aspirin) 24–48h before treatment, as well as arriving without makeup for facial procedures. All specific recommendations will be provided in advance by our team when you book.
